Decibel Festival Partners With CreativeLive To Co-Produce The 2015 dB Conference

June 24, 2015

SEATTLE — Decibel Conference, which takes place parallel to the long-running and highly-respected Decibel Festival, offers three days of free, educational workshops and panels lead by cutting edge artists and educators. This year, Decibel is proud to partner with online education company CreativeLive to co-produce the 2015 dB Conference, which takes place September 23-25 at The Crocodile in Seattle.

From inception, Decibel has taken pride in providing free technology-based arts education to the public. The dB Conference has played a key role in bridging the gap between the music industry and festival attendees, between creators and consumers. The conference is free and open to the public, offering a range of curriculum for all experience levels.

“They’re local, we’re local, and we both believe in supporting and building music culture here in the Northwest, so it just makes sense,” said Finn Mckenty, CreativeLive’s Head of Music & Audio.
