Fronted by the inimitable singer-songwriter Ben Liebsch, You, Me And Everyone We Know is staging one of the year’s greatest comebacks with the upcoming release of Dogged. Following a near career ending bout with addiction and mental health issues, Liebsch has returned at the top of his game, four years sober, reinvigorated and ready to release some his most profound music to date.

You, Me And Everyone We Know recently debuted a new track called “Does It Amaze Thee?” that has quickly garnered thousands of streams and sparked a firestorm of buzz online. Now, only a few weeks later, the band has dropped another new song, “I’d Rather Be Sleeping.”

“I’d been giving medication a try and it had been causing my dreams to fold into my memories, which turns out is a sign of sleep deprivation,” Liebsch says of the new track. “This led to a conversation with my drummer Blain about whether what we perceive as our waking life is in fact reality or if our dreams are where we truely exist to our fullest potential. The song started out as a musing on some of the physical symptoms of depression but through this conversation turned into something a good bit bigger.”
