October 22, 2014 // Brooklyn, NY – Uniting in force, Behind the Curtains Media, TJO Presents and MDO Mgmt have teamed up to present their CMJ Showcase, featuring an eleven-band bill at Black Bear Bar on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. The lineup includes a local favorite Bushwick Hotel, Mainland and Ugly Club; along with Bree and the Whatevers, Terrible Terrible, Wild Pink, The Dream Logic, Dreamers, The Noise FM, Charles Ellsworth, and Daniel Sage. Set times can be found below.
Combining their talents, the three companies opted to co-sponsor the showcase, building a fiercely strong lineup. Behind the Curtains Media is a boutique music PR and publicity firm based in Brooklyn, NY. NYC’s TJO Presents focuses on tour booking and marketing campaign management services, seeking to build bridges and provide a strong network among music industry professionals. MDO MGMT is an entertainment consulting team based out of NYC, Los Angeles and UK based. Also sponsoring the show will be SwitchBitch Records, with founder Mike Abiuso making an appearance.
The show is 21+ with doors opening at 5:00pm; it is free for those with a CMJ Badge and $8 cover for non-badge attendees. Black Bear Bar is located at 70 North 6th Street Brooklyn, New York.
