Crooks UK, hailing from Cheltenham, UK has signed to Headphone Music / Equal Vision Records. The band also released a new music video for “A Few Peaceful Days” from their forthcoming album – watch it below!
The song is available worldwide through digital retailers such as iTunes, AmazonMP3 and Spotify today; details for the new full-length will be released in the coming months.
“This song is completely up for people’s own interpretation. The most important thing for me about Crooks UK is that the listener can understand initially that the songs are written about fragile subjects, but one can take from that as much or as little as they please, whether they can directly relate to them or not necessarily at all,” shares vocalist Josh Rogers. “The only thing I’d ever want people to know from listening to our music is that they are not alone, and whatever they are hurting about its honestly ok sometimes to just let it be.”
Next month, Crooks UK will head out on a UK run supporting Such Gold and Transit. The tour will kick off in Kingston upon Thames, on May 3. The band is also confirmed to perform at Hevy Fest this Summer, and is up for a chance to perform at Slam Dunk 2015 on the Kerrang! Fresh Blood Stage. Online polls to vote for Crooks UK to play the festival are open now, HERE, for a limited time only.
