Just in time for back to school season, New Jersey pop/R&B artist, Erin Bowman, has unveiled another unreleased song off her anticipated upcoming EP.
“Rush” is a catchy, hard hitting song coming out on the heels of Erin’s successful summer anthem, “Hey Summer,” which received glowing reviews as well as air play on Sirius XM’s 20 on 20, Syracuse’s 93Q, Q96 in Champaign, IL, and Utica’s 97.9/105.5 Kiss FM, and her follow up single “Besides You.”
When asked about the message the song conveys, Erin shared, “I think everyone can relate to those songs they hear that make them think of someone they had a relationship with. What song your phone would play when they called, the song playing when you first kissed, the song that played in a movie you loved watching together, etc. Even if the relationship ends and its been years, you hear that song and you feel something. That’s what ‘Rush’ is about… the songs attached to those you once loved and the feeling that still exists when you hear them.”
