In celebration of the recent self-titled release, U.K.’s Neck Deep made a stop in Orlando to perform for a very loud and very sold out Hard Rock Live, nestled right in front of Universal Studios. With support from Drain, Bearings, and Higher Power, the Live in America 2024 Tour is stacked with talent and is sure to continue selling out shows through the end of its run on February 25th.
After the first three bands properly hyped up the crowd, the headliners emerged onto the stage to eager chants and excited squeals from the fans. The stage setup revealed a set of brick-lined steps and a brick wall decorated in graffiti as a clear nod to not only the band’s recent album art, but additionally, the hit single “We Need More Bricks.”
While the sold out status already highlighted this particular show’s importance, vocalist Ben Barlow shared with the audience that Orlando happens to be one of their favorite cities to perform in the states, and also served as the site of the writing and recording of their second studio album Life’s Not Out To Get You. After kicking off the set with “Dumbstruck Dumbf**ck” and “Sort Yourself Out,” Barlow and company delivered a mix of tracks from their discography, concluding with the wildly popular “Can’t Kick Up The Roots” and “In Bloom.”
