Bled Fest alums Get Stoked are excited to announce their first tour since last summer’sWashington Street EP release and their highly successful Get Backslashed tour with labelmates Backslashes And Bad Ideas. The Michigan pop-punk/hardcore outfit will be joined by Minnesota pop-punk outfit High Hopes on the idobi Radio Presents The Party On Tour with the two bands invading the Midwest from August 1st to August 13th. Both bands will play songs off their 2014 EPs as well as new material for their upcoming LPs that are currently being worked on. Get Stoked’s drummer Jacob Cardona had this to say on the tour, “We are ecstatic to be hitting the road with High Hopes where we will be performing some songs from the Washington Street EP as well as previewing much of our new albumStepping Off The Porch!” High Hopes’ drummer Aric Ficek added, “This tour is going to be great! We are excited to tour with some new faces and hit the road once again.”

About Get Stoked:
Get Stoked was started when Cameron Wheeler and Jacob Cardona began writing music and starting to search for others to bring back the live music scene in Mt Pleasant. Ryan Turek along with Ben Jensen eventually jumped on the crazy train quickly followed by Zach Smith to complete the lineup. Get Stoked is a pop punk/hardcore quintet that blends hard melodic breakdowns with a new take on pop punk. Get Stoked brings lively in-your-face music with live performances that match in intensity. Combined with lyrics ranging from college experiences to forward progress in life, Get Stoked never plays that same thing twice and keeps the audience guessing what will happen next!
About High Hopes:
High Hopes is a five member pop punk band based out of Moorhead, MN. They started in 2013 with their debut album Seasons. After touring the Midwest and East Coast multiple times, High Hopes released an EP in 2014 entitled Irony’s Got The Best Of Me. Sharing the stage with known names such as Fireworks, Better Off, The Sheds, Carousel Kings, Freshman 15, Survey Says, FocusedXMinds, The Suit and playing the Ernie Ball stage at Warped tour, High Hopes has made a good impression for the pop punk scene around the Midwest. They are currently writing and a new CD is looking to be out in early 2016.
