Listen: Grace Potter – “Alive Tonight”
Grace Potter’s hometown music festival, Grand Point North, is returning for its fifth installment this September 12 & 13 at Waterfront Park in Burlington, VT. The full Grand Point North festival lineup has been announced, including sets by The Flaming Lips, Shakey Graves, Mike Gordon, Greensky Bluegrass, Amy Helm & The Handsome Strangers, Marco Benevento, Spirit Family Reunion, Odessa, and several regional acts making their mark on the Vermont music scene. Grace will be performing full sets both nights. Tickets are on sale now at www.grandpointnorth.com.
In addition to Grand Point North and her already announced summer tour dates, Grace Potter will be supporting The Rolling Stones for a pair of nights in June, as well as supporting Neil Young in July. About the opportunity to play with The Rolling Stones, Grace said “There’s no better phone call to get than the one that says ‘Hello Grace – The Rolling Stones would like you to open for them.’ This is bucket list shit. I’m thrilled.” Grace Potter will also be performing shows from coast to coast, including a show at Radio City Music Hall in New York (October 3rd), a pair of dates at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles (August 12th and 13th), and a show in Oakland at The Fox Theater (August 15th).
