STREAM THE EP ON SOUNDCLOUD AND SPOTIFY
Yesterday, London based duo HONNE, comprised of singer Andy and producer James, released their brand new, four-song EP Over Lover, via Tatemae Recordings.
From the rhythmic upbeat lead single “Loves The Jobs You Hate,” written “about frustrations and limitations of modern life,” to the sultry “No Place Like Home” – a song the pair wrote between London and Tokyo and features the effortless vocals of London newcomer Jones – James says “we feel this EP could be our most interesting and varied set of songs yet. We hope everyone gets as much out of listening to it as we did writing it.” You can stream the EP in in its entirety on Spotify and SoundCloud. The EP is available for purchase on iTunes.
Earlier this year, the band released their third EP Coastal Love via their own imprint Tatemae Recordings to critical acclaim with the title track’s video premiering on The FADER and the video for second offering, “Top To Toe,” premiering on Noisey. Previous EP releases include “Warm On A Cold Night” (which reached #1 on Hype Machine and has over 1.6 million plays on Spotify) and “All in the Value.” The latter features seductive song “The Night,” which is currently on over 2 million plays on SoundCloud and 1.5 million views on YouTube.
HONNE will play a sold out Rough Trade NYC in Brooklyn on November 4. An additional NYC date is coming soon. For more information on HONNE and additional tour dates visit their website: http://hellohonne.com/.
