With just over a week to go until the release of her highly-anticipated new LP Lehigh Valley Line, Buffalo indie/folk songstress Jess Chizuk has partnered with Mind Equals Blown to debut the album’s heartwarming second track, “Eyes On The Horizon”. Stream it now via the link above!
In an exclusive Q&A with MEB, Chizuk reveals the very personal meaning behind the song:
“I wrote “Eyes On The Horizon” when I was in the middle of a pretty rough spot about a year and a half ago. It was one of those times where no matter how much effort you’re putting in, not even the smallest thing wants to go in your favor. Needless to say I was frustrated and exhausted, and this song was the best thing that came out of those few weeks.”
Along with the impending September 16 release of Lehigh Valley Line, Jess is gearing up for her official album release show on the same night.
