“Making work isn’t ever linear and sometimes you land in familiar spaces,” Koji tells Noisey.com. “With Fury, in both songwriting and production, we wound up making something that shows shades of bands like Superchunk or our reverence for all things Walter Schriefels while exploring relationship with a more mature lens.”
