“…merges highbrow fretboard architecture with immediacy, punch, and a merciless severity.” – Pitchfork
Mutoid Man are kicking off a string of North American tour dates tonight in Boston that will take them along the east coast and midwest where they’ll headline and later appear with Kvelertak for two shows and Baroness for three shows. The dates span April 19th through May 3rd and later this summer, Mutoid Man will head overseas for festival appearances at Roskilde, OFF, Pukkelpop and ArcTanGent as well as soon-to-be-announced club shows.
Mutoid Man released their debut full-length Bleeder last year via Sargent House to great critical acclaim. Rolling Stone said the album “rumbles and soars like Mastodon stomping Queens of the Stone Age in a prehistoric Soundgarden” and it received an 8/10 from Decibel Magazine who said it’s a “fiery, nasty, riff-filled metal and punk fest of unstoppable, unbeatable energy.” Bleeder also landed on numerous Best Of lists of 2015, including Pitchfork, Terrorizer, Noisey, Nerdist, Metal Injection, and more.
Bleeder is available now from iTunes and HelloMerch.
