“Electronic Hardcore Music” may not be an instantly recognizable genre, but NJ natives, Palisades are making it their mission to change that. After the release of their 2013 critically acclaimed album, Outcasts, the band hit the road and went to work building upon their already growing fanbase one concert-goer at a time.Outcasts proved that Palisades was more than just Metalcore’s flavor-of-the-week. Anyone that doubts their significance needs only to attend one of their live shows, and see the crowd’s reaction. The band has spent the past 2 years touring non-stop with the likes of Crown The Empire, We Came As Romans, Dance Gavin Dance, The Acacia Strain, Like Moths To Flames, I See Stars, and The Word Alive. In 2014, Palisades entered Grey Area Studies with producer Erik Ron (Panic! At the Disco, Saosin, Sparta) with the intention of recording something completely new and exciting. The result is MIND GAMES – a genre-bending mix of Metalcore and EDM that’s unlike anything the hardcore scene has heard.
