The chorus is a metaphor for all people in the world who find themselves not equal, and then one day someone comes along and changes it all.” ~Matthew Rauch New Jersey based Carter was formed in February of 2013 by multi-instrumentalist Matthew Rauch. As a youth he displayed a passion for music, and learned how to record on his 4 track cassette player. He also likes watching hockey.
