Having signed to Famined Records back in September, the northeastern based deathcore outfit False Images has been quietly working on new material to release to the public. They have partnered with the metal leaning YouTube channel Chugcore today to exclusively premiere their brand new single and the first released material since their self-titled EP. “Snem” sees the band get even heavier than before as they incorporate beatdown hardcore, down-tempo, and deathcore into their own sound. The single serves as a precursor to their forthcoming new release that is still being written and will be released later this year on Famined Records. The band also has plans to tour later this year in promotion of the new record.

Having already played with the likes of Black Tongue and Lifeforms among others while also releasing a debut self-titled EP, Massachusetts deathcore outfit False Images has proven to fans since their formation in April of 2014 that they are here to stay. The band’s lyrical influences range from calling out fake people to a possessed girl that murders her family; while musical influences range from beatdown hardcore to technical deathcore. In September, False Images signed with Famined Records and have plans to record a new album to be released sometime in 2015 and to begin hitting the regional tour circuit.
