Following the release of his breakout EP Simple Love, NYC-based singer-songwriter Corey Lewin teamed up with AXS for the exclusive music video premiere of “Smile and Wave” late last month. The video was directed in true DIY style by fellow musician Josh Ridley, who provided percussion for Lewin’s EP. “Smile And Wave” is a feel-good love song featuring the iconic New York City skyline and scenery that inspired it. Here is what Corey had to say about the release:
“I’m thrilled with how this video turned out and I’m so happy to share it with everyone. I love what we were able to accomplish both from a storytelling perspective and visually. It really captures that feeling you get when you see someone who piques your interest and it also presents some beautiful shots of the New York City skyline.
