“I see a lot of people get angry at scumbum crust punk dudes,” singer Patrick Kindlon says of the new song. “That, “Why don’t they get a job?” sort of thing. But, the way I figure it, if you’re happy eating out of a dumpster and waking up in rat droppings, god bless. Working for another person sucks. Entrepreneur, criminal, or garbage-picker, if it keeps you from answering to some dickhead, I’m happy for you.”

“Work Shy” is the band’s follow up to their recently released song “But Does It Work?,” which is also featured on the upcoming record Swell. The five track EP was recorded with Jawbox’s J. Robbins (Against Me!, Murder By Death, mewithoutYou).
