Like Tyrants Releases Music Video for “Leach”

For Fans Of: Alexisonfire, Thrice, Thursday

While most would move from Akron, OH to Southern California, Like Tyrants did the opposite and recently emerged with a new lineup and a new EP entitled Despicable Feelings. Vocalist/guitarist Nick Wagner had this to say on the move and the EP, “We tracked the record over a week in the winter with Danny Cullman at Central 8 Studios. When I moved to Ohio, I immediately started writing music with guitarist Jack Adams. For over a year we wrote a new EP as Like Tyrants. We started playing shows under the name Despicable Feelings because of the original ideas so when it came time to title the record; of course we went with Despicable Feelings because it was so familiar to us.”

DESPICABLE FEELINGS (May 19th)

2. Lost My Keys

The Dany Cullman produced EP, the band’s fourth, will be independently released May 19th and features four tracks of a post-hardcore and rock mixture that instantly draws listeners in. One of those tracks, entitled “Leach,” was just released as a music video HERE. The track serves as the EP opener and the second single for the release. It and seven more songs will be recorded live at the band’s release show to be releases as an eight track live release later this year. The band plans to transition into a regional touring band throughout the rest of the year as well.
