The well-traveled, whimsical, NYC-based IRO has released a captivating new cover of Tove Lo’s widely embraced hit “Habits,” produced by David Maurice (Jay Z, Kerli). The track premiered yesterday exclusively at Earmilk.
IRO is fresh off the release of his debut self-titled EP, which has drawn comparisons to artists like Milky Chance, Vance Joy, and Hozier. “I love being slapped in the face by new ideas and continuing to grow and develop. It’s what keeps me moving,” claims the California native. The 5-song EP was produced by Noam Akrabi, and its lead single “Sun” has garnered much attention on YouTube and has seen plenty of praise in the blog-sphere.
