Review and images by Devon Keller
Last night, metal music shook the walls and floor of the one and only, Agora in Cleveland. Mosh pits, jumps, and screams of joy vibrated the air, and made the night electric with energy. The lineup was Buried Above Ground, Uncured, Spite, Fallujah, Revocation, Dying Fetus, and Whitechapel; every band came to impress.
As someone who typically isn’t as big of a fan of heavier metal, I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Every band that played was incredibly good at their craft, and had a very welcoming energy. Every band made a point of making sure to keep up crowd excitement.
The band that stood out to me the most was Whitechapel. They did a really exceptional job of connecting with their fans while performing, and were very musically fine tuned. All in all, the music was great, the crowd left happy, and we left rejuvenated for the return to real life the next day.
