Lovelife have announced a fall tour with Alt-J.The tour follows up the band’s sold out headlining show at The Roxy in Los Angeles. All upcoming shows are listed below. Lovelife just released theSilk Road EP which is streaming now in full at SoundCloud and available to download at iTunes. This summer the band released a new track and video for “Nova.” The song was co-premiered byHilly Dilly & Crack In The Road and will give listeners a taste of what is to come on the band’s upcoming full-length debut album. Lovelife recently completed a West Coast tour with Ellie Goulding along with several U.S. headlining dates.
Lovelife is comprised of Lee Newell, Ally Young, Frank Colucci and Sam Jackson. The LA-via-London quartet spent the last half of 2013 on a sold-out national tour with The Neighbourhood, dates with AlunaGeorge behind their third EP, Stateless, and played a Los Angeles residency at The Bootleg. In 2012, the band played a string of dates in and around New York City that was capped by a set of breakout performances at CMJ Music Marathon, earning praise from MTV,Yours Tru.ly, Noisey, Under the Radar, Entertainment Weekly, and more. The band released two self-produced EPs in 2012 (El Regreso and The Fourth Floor), the latter on UK label National Anthem (HAIM, Chvrches). Additionally, the band has been creating quite the buzz for themselves with impressive remixes for Lady Gaga, The Killers, Neon Trees, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragonsand many more.
