Mary English Premieres “Don’t Wanna Say”

Charlotte, NC – September 2, 2014 | They say love is most exciting in the summer, but according to Mary English’s brand new smash “Don’t Wanna Say” things can be a little more complicated than they look. Today Gurl.com has the exclusive first look at the music video that is according to Mary English, “for anyone thats ever felt alone and had someone that changed it all by making them feel brave.” The video takes fans inside what could be the most horrible situation possible when someone finds out their crush actually likes their best friend. Mary English offers advice to anyone going through a rough time by stating:

Sometimes nothing works and the only thing you really need is just a pick me up. Even if only for a few minutes. You’re hung up on someone or something and you know that thing is bad news, you know it’ll never be what you know you want and need, but there’s those invisible hands pushing you from behind closer and closer to the edge. You know you love them, you just don’t wanna say it.

Not many seventeen year olds can do it all but Mary English manages to take on school, acting, dancing, and singing like no other. This starlet exploded onto the music scene just last year writing countless pop-hits with former Hey Monday member, Elliot James including “At It Again” (over 100k views to date) and “Lullaby,” a soft tune that showcased her ability to tell meaningful stories.
