Muddy Paw Welcomes THE GO AHEAD To Their Roster

STREAM: “No Apologies”

With a sound not unlike Fiona Apple or Incubus, San Francisco’s four piece rock-set, The Go Ahead are breaking into the New Year with a slew of new releases, including a remastered copy of their 2014 release, Cycles. With a fresh, crisp sound to enter into 2016 with, the band will also be releasing several new music videos and singles.

“Our latest EP, Cycles, takes our listeners on an emotional rollercoaster ride down memory lane,” explains Alex Mamelok, “Each song, appearing in chronological order as they were written, is a snapshot into our daily lives at the time. We are particularly proud of Cycles because we feel that each song perfectly illustrates the emotions being conveyed. From love to rage and apathy to relief we hope the listener is able to experience the pain and peace of mind that anyone going through hard times might experience.”

“After being selected to play the debut Santa Cruz Music Festival in 2013, the band toured to Austin, TX for SXSW in both 2014, and 2015, which included playing Red Gorilla showcases and the debut Ugly Whale showcase. They’ve also opened for acts such as Dilly Dally from Toronto and Lita Ford. Cycles was remastered at Coast Recordings and drops Jan. 8th, 2016.
