JAN 27 – This Spring, Albany, NY’s Northern Faces will head out on a co-headline tour with Vinyl Thief that will bring them to SXSW and back. The tour will kick off on March 11 at Pianos in New York City.
Northern Faces recently premiered “Wait, Wait, Wait” – the lead single from their forthcoming self-titled full-length – on KickKickSnare.com. The song is also available now through iTunes, AmazonMP3, Spotify and on Youtube.com/equalvision.
Northern Faces’ new album will be released in early 2015 via Equal Vision Records and will be the follow-up to their impressive debut EP Southern Places, which was released in March 2013. “Wait Wait Wait” has already seen early radio support from the likes of WEQX, WRFF, WFUZ, WHSN, RadioBDC, WLZX, WEMF and more, with stations continuously adding the song into rotation.
Northern Faces formed in early 2012, with their debut show being an opening slot for The Kooks and Royal Teeth. The band has since performed at SXSW and CMJ, and has toured and shared stages with likes of The 1975, Say Anything, RX Bandits, Electric Guest, Civil Twilight, Futurebirds, Frank Iero, Heartless Bastards, CRUISR, The Black Cadillacs and more.
