Guitarist Canyon Gargon explains, “I’m very proud of the work we’ve done on this release. Working with Paul Leavitt was a privilege, and things really seemed to come together very well on these tracks. I think these songs are among the best that Post Season has released to date. They’re without a doubt the coolest songs I’ve ever had the honor of having a hand in.”

Recently named #1 in Buzzfeed’s “Five Unsigned Pop Punk Bands That You Should Be Listening To In 2015,” Post Season plays guitar-driven, energetic tracks with catchy choruses that are nearly impossible not to sing-along to.  The band has toured with Hit The Lights, State Champs, A Loss For Words and more, and are featured on the first half of the split.  Post Season’s portion of ‘Greetings From’ was produced, recorded and mixed by Paul Leavitt of Valencia Recording Studio and the full EP was mastered by Michael Fossenkempter of Turtle Tone Studio.

In support of the release, Post Season and Such A Mess will join forces on the road for the ‘Greetings From’ summer tour.  Kicking off on July 18th in Columbus OH, the run will take them all across the US, to wrap up on August 29th in Pittsburgh, PA.  A full list of confirmed dates can be seen below.

About Post Season:

Post Season is made up of five friends from the northeastern United States, brought together by a desire to make their own lasting mark in the music scene through dedication and hard work.  The group’s unique sound is exemplified in their debut full length ‘Remember,’ which has everything an exceptional pop-punk record should: catchy hooks, powerful instrumentation, and genuine emotion.  Post Season has also released an acoustic EP that was self-produced and self-recorded, and featured a collection of new tracks, as well as a spin on fan favorites.  Their latest release ‘Hollowed Out Hearts’ took Post Season’s powerful style of pop-punk to the next level, and quickly become a favorite in the independent pop-punk scene.

In the last two years, Post Season has completed three coast-to-coast tours as well as a handful of smaller runs on the eastern side of the country. Forthcoming is another full US tour accompanying the release of a four song split release, on which Post Season worked with acclaimed producer Paul Leavitt. Post Season’s incredible DIY work ethic, both on the road and in the studio, is undeniable.  As big as the last few years has been for these five friends, the coming year will be the one that takes Post Season further and higher than they’ve ever been.
