Washington, DC, April 30, 2014 – Resident Artist Aaron Myers and the Black Fox Lounge Ensemble will be at the Black Fox Lounge on May 2, 2014 , from 9:30pm to 12:30am. The night will offer live free Jazz to DC Jazz enthusiasts in an intimate traditional jazz atmosphere.
“At our last show, we celebrated 125 live free shows at the Black Fox Lounge by an ensemble who has played together over 100 times,” states Aaron Myers, Resident Artist at the Black Fox Lounge. “Our shows have drawn people from as far as Australia, Eastern Europe and even Africa, with word of mouth being truly international. We enjoy what we do, and I think that’s why the show has been so successful and consistent!”
Now offering live music 7 days a week, sometimes two acts on separate levels; the Black Fox Lounge delivers continental cuisine, classic and original cocktails, boutique wines from around the world and live performances by some of the most talented, award-winning artists and critically-acclaimed acts in the region including jazz ensembles and other genres of music and vocals, spoken word, poetry and storytelling, cabaret and theatrical productions.
