Iselin, NJ | January 9, 2015 – “Electronic Hardcore Music” may not be an instantly recognizable genre, but NJ natives, Palisades are making it their mission to change that. After the release of their 2013 critically acclaimed album, Outcasts, the band hit the road and went to work building upon their already growing fanbase one concert-goer at a time. Outcasts proved that Palisades was more than just Metalcore’s flavor-of-the-week. Anyone that doubts their significance needs only to attend one of their live shows, and see the crowd’s reaction. The band has spent the past 2 years touring non-stop with the likes of Crown The Empire, We Came As Romans, Dance Gavin Dance, The Acacia Strain, Like Moths To Flames, I See Stars, and The Word Alive.
In 2014, Palisades entered Grey Area Studies with producer Erik Ron (Panic! At the Disco, Saosin, Sparta) with the intention of recording something completely new and exciting. The result is MIND GAMES – a genre-bending mix of Metalcore and EDM that’s unlike anything the hardcore scene has heard. The album due out January 13, 2015 can now be streamed exclusively on Redbull.com featuring guest appearances including blackbear, Champs, and Garrett Rapp. Fans can stream singles “True Blood” and “Mind Games” featuring Champs now. Guitarist Matthew Marshall had this to say about the album:

Palisades has managed to bring the intensity of their live show to tape, thanks in part to Earl Halasan’s fantastic programming skills. They’re already slated for a spot on the 2015 Vans Warped Tour, and plan on hitting the road just as hard as before to support the new release.
